Final
Cut from magazines during the holiday season, the vision of this postcard collage came quickly, especially with the geometric shapes that I saw in many of the glass and crystal collections.
I played with the concentration of lines and depth of value while adding in spruces of branches and plant life to soften the hardness of the edges a bit.
I ended up going with "Ode to Joy" because it was a kind of pun with my name.
I really enjoyed this fun and quick project since I love this time of year. I also enjoyed giving these out to friends and family for the holiday season.
